COO (Emerging Markets Forum-Emerging Markets Institute), 2004-Present:
§ Maintain & develop sponsorship portfolio: organize high-level meetings and forums: prepare yearly donor structure, manage sponsor database, travel to different countries to meet high-level government officials/central bank governors/CEOs of private sectors to plan the overall set-up of each Forum & host events
§ Oversee day-to-day management in Asia region and seek/develop business opportunities; Lead business development in emerging markets: perform trend/industry analysis, prepare business plans, travel to Clients’ sites to make presentations, follow-up actions afterwards
§ Responsible for Group Company’s financial management, including analysis of financial statements & budgetary, quality & business controls, internal audit/compliance, monitor & improve gaps between regional and head office practice, provide operational leadership in problem solving

Conduct contract negotiations. Managed team of eight with US$200K budget. Having been awarded a full scholarship, I relocated to the US to pursue an MBA.
